Acquired through short sale for on behalf of our clients, we had to go through various compliance measures to make sure our work followed stringent industry standards during the gut and renovation process. This was completed on time and under budget, and was sold gaining the investors a 11% return. It’s a great example of our commitment to delivering quality development projects and seeing it through from start to finish despite complications in order to ensure full investor satisfaction.
